对硫酸装置二氧化硫转化系统设计的初探

摘要 当进转化器气体中φ(SO_(2))<5.5%时,不建议采用二转二吸工艺。模拟了进转化器气体中不同的二氧化硫浓度下需采用“3+2”转化工艺的临界氧含量。对转化换热流程的选取进行了分析,指出当进转化器气体中φ(SO_(2))≤6.5%时,建议采用ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ换热流程,并指出了该流程的缺点。建议对含一氧化碳的二氧化硫气体进行转化计算时,考虑65%左右的一氧化碳在一段床层发生转化。提出了转化器催化剂床层进气温度选择的原则及方法,针对转化设备、管道的设计选材和转化系统散热量的选取等问题进行了探讨。 When the concentration of SO_(2) in the gas entering the converter is less than 5.5%,it is not recommended to use the two conversion and two absorption process.Simulated the critical oxygen content required for the“3+2”conversion process under different concentrations of sulfur dioxide in the gas entering the converter.An analysis is conducted on the selection of the conversion heat exchange process,and it is suggested to use theⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡheat exchange process when the incoming SO_(2) concentration in the converter is below 6.5%and the disadvantages of this process are also pointed out.When calculating the conversion of sulfur dioxide gas containing carbon monoxide,it is recommended to consider that about 65%of carbon monoxide undergoes conversion in the first bed layer.The principles and methods for selecting the inlet temperature of the converter catalyst bed are proposed,and discussions are conducted on the design and selection of materials for the conversion equipment and pipelines,as well as the selection of heat dissipation for the conversion system.
