酸性水汽提装置扩能改造及优化分析

摘要 介绍了某炼化公司酸性水汽提装置扩能改造和优化运行情况。在原有装置基础上,汽提塔塔径不变,通过更换塔盘、管线扩径、改造换热网络等措施,将装置处理能力由100 t/h提升至130 t/h。装置实际运行结果表明,扩能改造后装置运行平稳,净化水质量合格,装置单位能耗较改造前降低41MJ/t。 The capacity expansion and optimization operation of an acidic water stripping unit in a certain refining and chemical company are introduced.On the basis of the original device,the diameter of the steam extraction tower remains unchanged.By replacing the tray,expanding the pipeline diameter and renovating the heat exchange network,the processing capacity of the device has been increased from 100 t/h to 130 t/h.The actual operation results of the device show that after the expansion and renovation,the device runs smoothly,the purified water quality is qualified and the unit energy consumption of the device is reduced by 41 MJ/t compared to before the renovation.
