摘要
介绍了某公司利用冶炼烟气制酸系统二吸塔尾气低温位余热浓缩污酸的试验情况,先将污酸用硫化法除杂,除杂后的污酸与二吸塔出口烟气在浓缩塔内逆流接触换热,实现污酸浓缩。浓缩塔为填料塔,可将污酸w(H_(2)SO_(4))由5%左右提高至10%左右,余热利用后的尾气经脱硫装置脱硫后能够满足尾气排放标准要求。
This article introduces the experimental situation of a certain company using the low-temperature waste heat from the tail gas of the final absorption tower in the smelting flue gas acid production system to concentrate the waste acid.Firstly,the waste acid is removed by the sulfurization method,and the purified waste acid is subjected to countercurrent contact heat exchange with the outlet flue gas of the final absorption tower in the concentration tower to achieve waste acid concentration.The concentration tower is a packed tower,which can increase the amount of waste acid w(H_(2)SO_(4))from about 5%to about 10%.After the waste heat is utilized,the tail gas can meet the requirements of tail gas emission standards after being desulfurized by the desulfurization device.
