硫酸装置干吸工序低温余热回收改造

摘要 介绍了硫黄制酸装置干吸工序低温余热回收利用的工艺流程、改造关键点及主要设备情况。低温余热回收系统的关键在于材料选择和工艺控制,结合某公司干吸工序低温余热回收改造实例,比较了干吸工序改造前后的装置运行成本,改造后300 kt/a硫黄制酸装置每年可增收3000万元以上,经济效益十分可观。 The process flow,key points of transformation and main equipment situation of low-temperature waste heat recovery and utilization in the drying and absorption process of sulphuric acid production unit are introduced.The key to the low-temperature waste heat recovery system lies in material selection and process control.Based on the example of a company’s low-temperature waste heat recovery renovation of the drying and absorption process,the operating costs of the equipment before and after the renovation are compared.After the renovation,the 300 kt/a sulphuric acid production plant can increase its annual income by more than 30 million yuan,and the economic benefits are very considerable.
