基于α-shape算法和泛洪填充法的汽缸中分面蒸汽泄漏通道辨识

Identification of Steam Leakage Pathways in Cylinder Middle Face based on aα-shape Algorithm and Flood-fill Method

摘要 汽轮机运行过程中,因汽缸本体结构受热造成汽缸中分面(以下简称中分面)接触应力发生重新分布,从而容易产生泄漏通道,显著影响机组的经济性和安全性。本文针对中分面可能产生泄漏通道的问题,提出了一种基于α-shape算法和泛洪填充法的泄漏通道辨识方法。该方法使用α-shape算法划分了中分面的边界,使用泛洪填充法划分了中分面的密封失效区域,通过检测每个密封失效区域是否连通多个不同边界,以识别中分面的泄漏通道。结果表明:按空间分布划分的21个密封失效区域中,大部分不会影响密封性能,只有2个形成了泄漏通道。 During steam turbine operation,the thermal change of the cylinder body structure caused the redistribution of the contact stress of the cylinder middle face(hereinafter referred to as the middle face),which in turn generated leakage pathways,significantly affecting the energy efficiency and safety of the turbine.In this paper,a leakage pathway identification method was proposed based on theα-shape algorithm and the flood-fill method.The boundaries of the middle face were segmented by Q-shape algo-rithm,and the seal failure regions of the middle face were divided by flood-fill method.Leakage pathways were identified by detecting whether each seal failure region was connected to more than one boundary.The result shows that most of the 21 seal failure areas identified by spatial distribution do not affect the sealing performance,and only 2 areas form leakage pathways.
