基于胜任力的人力资源管理研究

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,我国市场经济体系不断完善,企业发展速度日益加快。这不仅加大了企业间的竞争压力,也为企业带来了更多的发展机遇。在此背景下,人力资源管理成为提高企业综合竞争能力的关键,以胜任力为核心的人才管理方式逐渐被人们接受。基于此,本文论述了以胜任力为基础的人才资源基本概念,以及基于胜任力的人力资源管理在企业管理中的具体应用,以供相关人员参考。 With the rapid development of the social economy,China's market economy system is constantly improving,and the speed of enterprise development is accelerating.Not only has it increased the competitive pressure between enterprises,but it has also brought more development opportunities for enterprises.In this context,human resource management has become the key to improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,and talent management methods centered on competence are gradually being accepted by people.Based on this,this article discusses the basic concept of talent resources based on competency,as well as the specific application of competency based human resource management in enterprise management,for reference by relevant personnel.
