汽车内饰雾化性能质量法测试分析

Analysis on fogging characteristics test by mass method for interior automobile

摘要 介绍了汽车内饰材料及内饰件雾化性能试验方法标准的发展历程。通过对国内外相关产品标准和方法标准的对比分析发现,国内试验方法标准存在着以对人体危害较大的DOP为控制标准溶液、指定国外DIDP购买渠道且不宜购买和DIDP质控值不详的问题。采用国内随机购买的DIDP作为控制标准溶液来质控雾化性能质量法,并对DIDP质控值进行了定值,从而解决了此问题。 The development of fogging characteristics test of automotive interior materials and interior trim parts was introduced.Through the comparative analysis of relevant product standards and method stan-dards,it was found that DOP was harmful to human body as the control standard solution,DIDP purchase channels were designated and should not be purchased,and the quality control value of DiDP was un-known.The domestic randomly purchased DIDP was used as the control standard solution to control fog-ging mass,and the DIDP control value was certificated to solve the problems.
