摘要
阐述CMOS混合电压接口电路的静电防护策略。探讨测试堆叠NMOS(Stacked-NMOS)和不加特别ESD保护的混合电压接口电路ESD性能的方法。为了解决混合电压接口电路ESD问题,有针对性地实现三种不同ESD保护方案,并给出具体的电路设计和测试结果。
This paper describes the electrostatic protection strategy of CMOS hybrid voltage interface circuits.It explores methods for testing the ESD performance of stacked NMOS and mixed voltage interface circuits without special ESD protection.In order to solve the ESD problem of mixed voltage interface circuits,it implements three different ESD protection schemes in a targeted manner,and provides specific circuit designs and test results.
