摘要 阐述一种基于激光测距的导线测量装置的设计,利用激光测距技术测量引流线安装点的直线距离,结合导线材料的热胀冷缩系数和弧垂要求,计算出准确的引流线下料长度。关键技术包括激光测距仪的原理与应用,以及导线的膨胀系数计算方法。 This paper describes the design of a wire measurement device based on laser ranging.The laser ranging technology is used to measure the straight-line distance of the installation point of the drainage wire.Combined with the thermal expansion and contraction coefficient of the wire material and the sag requirements,the accurate length of the drainage wire is calculated.The key technologies include the principle and application of laser rangefinders,as well as the calculation method of the expansion coefficient of wires.
