摘要
阐述针对集成电路实践课程教学中的问题及原因,从选题内容、层次设计、平台建设和学生考核方面,提出集成电路虚拟仿真实验教学平台建设的实施细则。并注重集成电路设计环节,引入翻转课堂模式,与工程实训进行虚实互补,借助马赛克成绩分布图考察学习过程和实验细节,深化集成电路相关实践课程的教学改革。
This paper describes the problems in the practical teaching of integrated circuit courses,and proposes implementation rules for the construction of integrated circuit virtual simulation experimental teaching platforms from the aspects of topic selection,hierarchical design,platform construction,and student assessment.It focuses on the integrated circuit design process,introduces a flipped classroom model,complements virtual and real engineering training,uses mosaic score distribution charts to examine the learning process and experimental details,and deepens the teaching reform of integrated circuit related practical courses.
