摘要
阐述在工业负荷参与电网的需求响应交易中融入用户的信用评价机制。探讨基于信用评价的工业负荷需求响应交易框架,分析工业用户的信用评价体系,并设计多维场景下工业负荷需求响应交易的框架,包括计划导致的需求响应(Ⅰ级需求响应),应急导致的需求响应(Ⅱ级需求响应)、以及系统故障导致的需求响应(Ⅲ级需求响应)。
This paper describes the integration of user credit evaluation mechanisms in demand response transactions involving industrial loads in the power grid.It explores an industrial load demand response trading framework based on credit evaluation,analyzes the credit evaluation system of industrial users,and designs a multi-dimensional framework for industrial load demand response trading,including demand response caused by planning(Level I demand response),demand response caused by emergency(Level II demand response),and demand response caused by system failure(Level III demand response).
