粮食安全背景下农业科技创新与科学普及协同发展策略研究

Research on the Synergistic Development Strategy of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation and Science Popularization under the Background of Food Security

科技创新和科学普及是创新发展的一体两翼,尤其是农业科技创新与科学普及,在应对粮食安全问题上同等重要。文章阐述了粮食科技创新引领科学普及发展双向协同关系,分析了科技创新和科学普及协同发展过程中还存在协同发展意识不强、协同发展机制不全、协同发展渠道不畅、协同发展人才不足等问题,在借鉴国际成功经验的基础上,分别从强化协同发展意识、完善协同发展机制、构建科普资源体系及加强科普人才培养等方面提出了推进我国农业科技创新和科学普及协同发展的对策建议,以期提升农业科技创新与科学普及协同发展效率,助力应对粮食安全问题。

Science and technology innovation and science popularization are two wings of innovation and development,especially agricultural science and technology innovation and science popularization,which are equally important in dealing with the problem of food security.The article described the two-way synergistic relationship between food science and technology innovation and science popularization,and analyzed the problems such as weak awareness of synergistic development,incomplete mechanism of synergistic development,poor channels of synergistic development,and insufficient talents for synergistic development in the process of synergistic development of science and technology innovation and science popularization.On the basis of successful international experiences,the article proposed countermeasures to promote the synergistic development of agricultural science and technology innovation and science popularization in China from the aspects of strengthening the awareness of synergistic development,perfecting the mechanism of synergistic development,constructing the system of science popularization resources,and strengthening the cultivation of science popularization talents in order to enhance the efficiency of the synergistic development of agricultural science and technology innovation and science popularization and to help to cope with the problem of food security.
