乡村振兴背景下农业科技服务体系建设的思考——以江苏省农业科学院亚夫科技服务体系为例

Reflections on the Construction of Agricultural Science and Technology Service System in the Context of Rural Revitalization,Taking the Yafu Science and Technology Service System of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

农业科技服务是加快农业科技成果推广应用,把科技成果转化为现实生产力的重要环节。农业科技服务体系建设在推动农村社会进步、促进农业发展、培育和发展农业新质生产力等方面发挥重要支撑作用。新时代背景下,实施乡村振兴战略对农业科技服务体系建设提出新要求。文章以江苏省农业科学院亚夫科技服务体系为例,采用文献综述、实地调研、案例分析等方法,总结了亚夫科技服务体系总体建设情况,分析了取得的主要成效、典型模式经验和建设过程中存在的主要问题,结合新时期农业科技服务新要求,从进一步健全完善“三位一体”体系、进一步推进亚夫工作站与地方贯通融合、进一步提升科技特派员履职能力等方面提出了高质量推进亚夫科技服务体系建设的对策与建议,旨在为农业科研院所科技服务工作提供参考。

Agricultural science and technology services are an important part of accelerating the popularization and application of agricultural science and technology achievements and transforming science and technology achievements into real productivity.The construction of the agricultural science and technology service system plays an important supporting role in promoting the progress of rural society,facilitating agricultural development,and fostering and developing new agricultural productivity.In the context of the new era,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for the construction of agricultural science and technology service system.Taking Yafu science and technology service system of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article adopted the methods of literature review,field research,and case study analysis to summarize the overall construction of Yafu science and technology service system,and analyze the main achievements,typical model experiences and the main problems existing in the construction process.Combined with the new requirements of agricultural science and technology service in the new period,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of Yafu science and technology service system in high quality from the aspects of further improving and perfecting the"Trinity"system,further promoting the integration of Yafu workstations with the local community,and further enhancing the ability of the science and technology dispatchers to perform their duties,etc.It aims to provide theoretical reference and intellectual support for the scientific and technological service work of agricultural research institutes.
