车谷水库旱警水位分析确定与探讨

摘要 防汛抗旱紧密相连,为避免和减少汛期反枯,需研究枯季水库水资源的联合调度方法,通过对车谷水库水文年各月来水量与用水量分析计算,采用了最大值法、综合法对水库旱警水位进行计算分析,最终确定以最大值法计算结果,一般时段旱警水位为688.98 m,用水重要时段旱警水位为683.94 m,分析成果可为所在地区干旱防御、联合调度提供参考依据。 Flood control and drought relief are closely linked,to avoid and reduce the withered flood season,the joint operation method of reservoir water resources in dry season is studied.This paper analyzes and calculates the annual and monthly inflow and water consumption of Chegu Valley Reservoir.The maximum value method and the comprehensive method are used to calculate and analyze the water level of the reservoir.Finally determined by the maximum method of calculation results.The general period of drought warning water level is 688.98 metres.Drought warning water level during important period of water use is 683.94 metres.It provides the reference basis for the drought resistance defense and joint dispatch in the area.
