摘要
以实际工程为例,先依据法规、规范对溪口枢纽工程进行安全鉴定,再建立一种严格遵循法规、规范的多层次模糊综合评价模型。结果表明,该模型可实现按SL214—2015《水闸安全评价导则》评定水闸安全类别,又能量化水闸安全评分,进而了解水闸实际病险程度。同时以另2项水闸安全鉴定结果加以验证,进一步证明模型的可靠性。
Take the existing project as an example,conduct the safety assessment of Xikou Project in accordance to the laws and regulations,and then build a multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model,which strictly follows the laws and regulations.The results show that the model can realize the assessment of the safety class of the sluice gate under SL214—2015 Guidelines sluice safety evaluation,so as to understand the actual degree of danger of the sluice gate.Meanwhile,the results of the other two sluice gates'safety assessments are used to verify the reliability of the model.
