预应力SCFRP板智能锚固装置在混凝土梁加固中的应用试验研究

摘要 提出一种将光纤光栅耦合进张拉螺杆内部,制成智能型锚固装置的方法,并使用预应力加筋碳纤维板智能锚固装置加固混凝土梁。耦合进张拉螺杆内的光纤光栅其感知性能与裸光纤基本一致,线性重复率可达95%,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,满足土木工程运用的需求。通过预应力加筋碳纤维板智能锚固装置加固混凝土梁可知,预应力加筋碳纤维板智能锚固装置加固混凝土梁时,其应变与钢筋应变是协调且同步的,且张拉螺杆应变与碳纤维板应变之间误差在0.3%,为同类型构件健康监测的研发提供设计方法和理论基础。 A method of coupling the fiber grating into the tension screw to make an intelligent anchoring device is proposed,and the prestressed reinforced carbon fiber board intelligent anchoring device is used to reinforce the concrete beam.The sensing performance of the fiber grating coupled into the tension screw is basically the same as that of the bare fiber.Linear repetition rate up to 95%,it has good repeatability and stability to meet the needs of civil engineering applications.It can be seen that the concrete beam is strengthened by the prestressed carbon fiber board intligent anchoring device,when the prestressed reinforced carbon fiber board intelligent anchoring device reinforces the concrete beam,its strain and the steel bar strain are coordinated and synchronize,and the error between the tension screw strain and the carbon fiber plate strain is 0.3%,which provides a design method and theoretical basis for the research and development of the health monitoring of the same type of components.
