纳米纤维在膜应用中的研究进展

摘要 静电纺丝技术具有普适性,操作简便,可调控纤维直径,制备纳米级到微米级的纤维材料等特点。采用静电纺丝技术制备的纳米纤维膜是一种拥有特殊三维网络状微孔结构的材料,具有孔隙小、比表面积大等优点,在个人防护、清洁能源、生物医疗、电子传感等领域具有广泛的研究。基于此,综述静电纺纳米纤维在防水透湿膜、污水处理膜、电池隔膜、柔性可穿戴传感器、空气过滤膜中的应用,并展望静电纺纳米纤维的发展趋势。 Electrospinning technology is universal,easy to operate and adjustable fiber diameter,and can be used to prepare nanoscale to micrometer scale fiber materials.The nanofiber membrane prepared by electrospinning technology is a material with a special three dimensional network like microporous structure,which has advantages such as small pores and large specific surface area.It has been widely studied in fields such as personal protection,clean energy,biomedicine,and electronic sensing.Based on this,the applications of electrospun nanofibers in waterproof and breathable membranes,sewage treatment mem branes,battery separators,flexible wearable sensors and air filtration membranes were reviewd,while the development trend of electrospun nanofibers was looked forward to.
