摘要
肝纤维化是肝脏疾病早期出现的标志,急慢性肝脏损伤或炎症都可能导致肝纤维化,其发生在更为严重的肝硬化与肝癌阶段之前。然而对于肝纤维化,目前临床上尚未有较好的治疗方法与特异性药物。而纳米载体凭借材料本身的理化特性与对纳米载体表面进行功能化修饰,可以改善药物的代谢与分布,提高药物的靶向性,实现更好的治疗效果。本文总结了纳米载体在治疗肝纤维化过程中的应用,为构建安全有效的纳米载药系统,实现临床上肝纤维化的高效治疗提供理论依据。
Liver fibrosis is a sign of early onset of liver disease.Acute and chronic liver injury or inflammation can lead to liver fibrosis,which already occurs before the more serious stages of cirrhosis and liver cancer.However,there are no better clinical treatments and specific drugs for liver fibrosis.Nanocarriers can improve drug metabolism and distribution,enhance drug targeting and achieve better therapeutic effects by virtue of the physical and chemical properties of the material itself and functional modification of the nanocarrier surface.This paper summarizes the application of nanocarriers in the treatment of liver fibrosis,and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of safe and effective nanoparticles drug delivery systems for the efficient treatment of liver fibrosis in the clinic.
