纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料联合紫黄烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Second Degree Burn with Nano Silver Burn Patch and Purple Yellow Burn Cream

目的:探讨纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料联合紫黄烧伤膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的临床效果。方法:以随机数字表法将我院2022年1月至2023年10月我院收治的72例Ⅱ度烧伤患者分为2组,各36例。对照组采用纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料包扎,观察组使用纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料联合紫黄烧伤膏包扎。比较两组治疗效果、创面愈合时间、创面分泌物细菌培养结果以及不良反应。结果:两组治疗前创面分泌物细菌培养阳性率以及不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗效果优于对照组,创面愈合及住院时间均短于对照组,创面分泌物细菌培养阳性率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅱ度烧伤采用纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料联合紫黄烧伤膏治疗效果显著,可缩短创面愈合时间,降低创面感染风险,且不会增加不良反应,临床应用安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nano silver burn dressing combined with purple yellow burn cream in the treatment of second degree burns.Method:72 patients with second degree burns admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was wrapped with nano silver burn wound dressing,while the observation group was wrapped with nano silver burn wound dressing combined with purple yellow burn cream.The treatment effects,wound healing time,bacterial culture results of wound secretions,and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the positive rate of bacterial culture in wound secretions and adverse reactions between the two groups before treatment.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with shorter wound healing and hospitalization time.The positive rate of bacterial culture in wound secretions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nano silver burn dressing and purple yellow burn cream has a significant therapeutic effect on second degree burns,which can shorten the wound healing time,reduce the risk of wound infection,and do not increase adverse reactions.The clinical application of nano silver burn dressing combined with purple yellow burn cream in the treatment of second degree burns is safe and reliable.
