遵义市乡村医生心肺复苏知信行和自我效能现状及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice and Self-Efficacy of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation among Rural Doctors in Zunyi City

目的 了解遵义市乡村医生心肺复苏(CPR)知识、态度、行为(KAP)及自我效能现状,并分析其影响因素,为今后更好地开展乡村医生急救培训提供参考。方法 自行设计调查问卷,采用方便抽样法对“遵义市乡村医生培训班”的学员进行在线调查。结果 共发放调查问卷411份,回收有效问卷411份,有效回收率为100%。乡村医生CPR知晓率平均为89.4%,99.0%的研究对象对学习CPR知识持积极态度,98.7%的乡村医生有为他人实施CPR的行为意向,对实施CPR有较好的自我效能者占75.3%。Pearson相关分析结果显示,知识、态度、行为和自我效能四者之间呈正相关(P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、参加过CPR培训、遇到过需要CPR的人、听说过自动体外除颤器(AED)以及会使用AED是乡村医生CPR KAP及自我效能的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 遵义市乡村医生对CPR持有积极的学习态度和施救行为,但CPR知识掌握情况和自我效能仍有待提高,建议根据不同特征乡村医生学习需求和特点,有针对性地开展培训和复训,注重KAP和自我效能的综合培养,进一步提高其急救能力。

Objective To assess the current status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge,attitudes,practices(KAP)and self-efficacy among rural doctors in Zunyi City,and to analyze the influencing factors,providing a reference for improving future emergency training for rural doctors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey for the trainees of"Zunyi City Rural Doctors Training Class"through convenient sampling.Results A total of 411 questionnaires were sent out and 411 were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 100%.The average awareness rate of CPR among rural doctors were 89.4%,99.0%of the respondents held a positive attitude towards CPR learning,98.7%expressed willingness to perform CPR on others,and 75.3%of them had good self-efficacy in performing CPR.Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation(P<0.01)among knowledge,attitude,practice and self-efficacy.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that gender,education level,attending CPR training,encountering someone in need of CPR,awareness of and ability to use automated external defibrillators(AED)were the main influencing factors on rural doctors'CPR KAP and self-efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Rural doctors in Zunyi City have a positive learning attitude and rescue behavior towards CPR.However,there is room for improvement in specific CPR operational knowledge and selfefficacy.It is recommended to conduct targeted training and retraining based on the learning needs and characteristics of rural doctors,focusing on the comprehensive development of KAP and self-efficacy,to further enhance their emergency response capabilities.
