摘要
数字化时代,人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的迅猛发展正在深刻改变着人才需求标准,对高职院校的人才培养、教学资源建设、教学方式改革、产教融合等提出了新挑战。高职院校应构建凝聚“三链”合力的高职教育改革基本框架,并从专业体系升级重构、教学资源共建共享、教学方式融合创新、培养模式改革转型和产教融合机制配套等方面推进人才培养改革。
In the digital era,the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data is profoundly changing the standards of talent demand,and posing new challenges to talent training,teaching resource construction,teaching mode reform,and the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should build a basic framework of higher vocational education reform that integrates the“three chains”,and promote the reform of personnel training from the aspects of upgrading and reconstruction of professional system,co-construction and sharing of teaching resources,integration and innovation of teaching methods,reform and transformation of training models and supporting mechanisms of integration of production and education.
