摘要
虽然新《职业教育法》赋予职业教育与普通教育同等地位,但是我国高职教育始终没有摆脱“学科教育”路径依赖,存在重数量轻质量、重专业申报轻内涵建设、重知识轻能力等问题。美国社区学院引导路径改革围绕“一中心、两重点、三支撑、四目标”展开,重点是帮助学生成功并培养学生的有效学习能力。我国高职教育可以借鉴美国经验,从构建学习范式、帮助学生规划职业和学业路径、重塑聚焦能力培养的知识体系、建立学习质量评估机制等方面破解发展困境。
Although the new Vocational Education Law gives vocational education the same status as general education,China's higher vocational education has not got rid of the path dependence of“discipline education”,there are problems such as attaching importance to quantity and neglecting quality,attaching importance to professional declaration and neglecting connotation construction,attaching importance to knowledge and neglecting ability.The guiding path reform of American community college is carried out around“one center,two key points,three supports and four goals”,focusing on helping students succeed and cultivating students'effective learning ability.China's higher vocational education can learn from the experience of the United States to solve the development dilemma from the aspects of building learning paradigm,helping students to plan careers and academic paths,reshaping the knowledge system focusing on ability cultivation,and establishing learning quality evaluation mechanism.
