创业教育在区域创新集群中的作用研究——以中关村和“剑桥现象”为例

Research on the role of entrepreneurship education in regional innovation clusters:A case study of Zhongguancun and“Cambridge Phenomenon”

摘要 创业教育是推动创新集群迭代发展的活水来源,学术界对此有初步揭示,但缺乏深入的案例研究和对其不足的探讨。以“剑桥现象”和中关村创新集群为双案例,通过案例内分析和案例间分析的对比研究方法,对创业教育在区域创新集群中的作用,特别是具体的做法、动力、挑战等方面进行了深入剖析。研究发现,双方在教育内容、教育形式等方面有所异同,同时在政策激励、投后管理、人才迁移等方面提出一定的建议。研究一方面弥补了已有研究的不足,另一方面对实践发展具有重要的启发意义。 Entrepreneurship education is a source of living water to promote the iterative development of innovation clusters,which the existing research has preliminarily revealed,but there is a lack of in-depth case studies and discussion on its shortcomings.This paper takes the“Cambridge Phenomenon”and the Zhongguancun innovation cluster as cases study and,through the comparative study method of within-case analysis and between-case analysis,analyzes the role of entrepreneurship education in regional innovation cluster,especially the specific practices,dynamics,challenges,and so on.It is found that the two sides have similarities and differences in educational content and form,and some suggestions are put forward in policy incentives,post-investment management,and talent migration.On the one hand,the research makes up for the shortcomings of the existing research,and on the other hand,it has important,enlightening significance for the development of practice.
