“双碳”背景下GW级煤电主机选型综合效益分析

摘要 在“双碳”目标引领下,我国正在构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,但新能源的波动性、间歇性带来了不同时间段电力供需平衡问题。清洁高效煤电作为能源转型的“压舱石”,项目经济性是至关重要的,煤电主机作为项目投资占比最大的部分,也是项目经济性最为敏感的因素,煤电主机选型情况不仅影响项目造价,更影响经营期的安全经济运行。因此,本文从建设投资(造价)、碳排放及煤耗等方面对煤电主机选型进行综合效益分析,以三个实际工程案例为例进行主机选型合理性分析,结果表明:当煤电三大主机差价达18000万元、煤电主机选型临界利用小数4500小时、临界标煤价格750元/t时,高效一次再热和二次再热方案综合效益基本持平;若优于上述条件,二次再热机组具有更好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。 Led by the goal of"double carbon",China is building a new type of power system with new energy as the main body,but the fluctuation and intermittency of new energy brings the problem of balance of power supply and demand in different time periods.Clean and efficient coal power as the"ballast stone"of energy transformation,project economics is crucial,coal power host as the largest part of the project investment,but also the most sensitive factors of project economics,coal power host selection not only affects the project cost,but also affects the safety and economic operation of the operating period.Therefore,this paper from the construction investment(cost),carbon emissions and coal consumption and other aspects of coal power host selection for comprehensive benefit analysis,to three actual engineering cases as an example of host selection reasonableness analysis,the results show that:when the coal power three host price difference up to 18,000,000 yuan,coal power host selection of critical use of a small number of 4,500 hours,the critical standard coal price of 750 yuan/t,high-efficiency primary and secondary reheat The comprehensive benefits of the programme are basically equal;if better than the above conditions,the secondary reheat unit has better economic,environmental and social benefits.
