摘要
运用基础工业工程理论,以某公司单片钢化玻璃生产线为研究对象,通过实地考察和调研,综合使用5W1H提问技术、ECRS四原则和流程程序分析为工具,对钢化玻璃的生产流程进行全面分析,解决了产线布局不合理、物料转运过长、生产线平衡等问题,有效地提升了该公司钢化玻璃产线的生产效率。
Using basic industrial engineering theory,taking a company's single-piece tempered glass production line as the research object,through on-site inspection and investigation,comprehensively using 5W1H questioning technology,ECRS four principles and process procedure analysis as tools,a comprehensive analysis of the tempered glass production process was carried out.It solved problems such as unreasonable production line layout,long material transfer,and production line balance,effectively improving the production efficiency of the company's tempered glass production line.
