高速铁路上跨高速公路连续梁悬臂浇筑施工挂篮工艺改进与关键难点研究——以沿江通道浦东段(越江段-五洲大道)工程为例

摘要 得益于我国交通基础设施体系的持续完善,对高速铁路工程建设提出更高要求,借助挂篮悬臂浇筑工艺对连续梁进行施工,不仅具备操作便捷、不中断交通等优势,亦可促进连续梁施工的顺利开展。本文从挂篮工艺的特点分析入手,并阐明高速铁路上跨高速公路连续梁悬臂浇筑施工中挂篮工艺的改进应用,以确保高速铁路工程建设符合高品质要求。 Thanks to the continuous improvement of China's transportation infrastructure system,higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of high-speed railway projects.The use of hanging basket cantilever casting technology for continuous beam construction not only has the advantages of convenient operation and uninterrupted traffic,but also promotes the smooth progress of continuous beam construction.This article starts with an analysis of the characteristics of the hanging basket technology and elaborates on the improved application of the hanging basket technology in the cantilever casting construction of continuous beams crossing highways on high-speed railways,in order to ensure that the construction of high-speed railway projects meets high-quality requirements.
