摘要
吉林某污水处理厂现有一期工程和二期工程,设计规模均为5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,总设计规模10×10^(4)m^(3)/d。该污水厂一期采用SBR工艺,二期采用水解AICS工艺,深度水处理工艺均采用曝气生物滤池工艺,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准(以下简称为“一级A标准”)。目前水厂现状为满负荷运行。扩建工程的设计规模为10×10^(4)m^(3)/d,设计采用“预处理+MBR生化池(A^(2)O)+MBR膜池+紫外线消毒工艺”,辅以化学除磷等措施。工程建成后,运行效果稳定,出水标准达到一级A标准。
There are phase I and Phase II projects of a sewage treatment plant in Jilin.The design scale of each plant is 5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the total design scale is 10×10^(4)m^(3)/d.SBR process was used in the first stage of the wastewater treatment plant,hydrolysis AICS process was used in the second stage,and the deep water treatment process adopts aeration biofilter process.The effluent quality reached the first class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)(hereinafter referred to as'the first class A standard').The present situation of the plant is full load operation.The design scale of the expansion project is 10×10^(4)m^(3)/d,which was adopted pretreatment+A^(2)O+MBR+ultraviolet disinfection process",supplemented by chemical phosphorus removal and other measures.After the completion of the expansion project,the operation effect is stable,and the effluent quality reaches the first class A standard.
