摘要
为探究如何缓解马铃薯生产中由于光照不足带来的影响,以马铃薯品种东农310为试验材料,设置3个遮光处理:正常光照(Z 0,遮光率为0)、单层遮光网遮盖处理(Z 1)、双层遮光网遮盖处理(Z 2)。在马铃薯块茎形成期喷施不同浓度表油菜素内酯(0 mg/L,记作CK;0.02 mg/L,记作E 1;0.10 mg/L,记作E 2)。设置3个测定期,对株高、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、光合参数、荧光动力学参数、单株产量等指标进行测定分析;并测定植株叶片12条LHcb基因相对表达量。结果表明,Z 1条件下较为适合东农310生长,而Z 0条件下产生光抑制,各指标较Z 1降低;Z 2条件下光照不足,各指标较Z 1降低。喷施EBR能够有效提高单株产量,在Z 0条件下E 2处理较CK显著提升32.62%,Z 1条件下E 1、E 2处理分别较CK显著提升48.38%,24.24%,Z 2条件下E 2处理较CK显著提升18.45%;在单株块茎干物质质量方面,Z 0条件下E 2处理较CK提升27.24%,Z 1条件下E 1、E 2处理较CK提升40.09%,26.56%,且差异显著。遮光程度增加和喷施EBR可提高12条LHcb基因相对表达量,有利于叶片提高光能的捕获与利用。
In order to investigate how to alleviate the effects of insufficient light in potato production,the potato variety Dongnong 310 was used as the test material,and three shading treatments were set up:normal light(Z 0,blackout rate is 0),single-layer blackout screen covering treatment(Z 1),double-layer blackout screen covering treatment(Z 2).Different concentrations of epbrassinolide(0 mg/L,denoted as CK)were sprayed in the potato tuber formation stage(0.02 mg/L,denoted as E 1;0.10 mg/L,labeled E 2).Three measuring periods were set,the plant height,chlorophyll a,b content,photosynthetic parameters,fluorescence kinetic parameters,and yield per plant were measured and analyzed.The relative expression levels of LHcb genes in 12 leaves were measured.The results showed that Z 1 conditions were more suitable for the growth of Dongnong 310,while Z 0 conditions produced photoinhibition,and the indexes were lower than Z 1.Under the condition of Z 2,the illumination was insufficient,and the indexes were lower than that of Z 1.EBR spray could effectively increase the yield per plant,and E 2 treatment under Z 0 condition significantly increased by 32.62%compared with CK,E 1 and E 2 treatment under Z 1 condition significantly increased by 48.38%and 24.24%compared with CK,respectively,E 2 treatment under Z 2 condition significantly increased by 18.45%compared with CK.In terms of weight of dry matter per tuber,E 2 treatment under Z 0 condition increased by 27.24%compared with CK,and E 1 and E 2 treatment under Z 1 condition increased by 40.09%and 26.56%compared with CK,and the above differences were significant.The relative expression of 12 LHcb genes could be increased by increasing the shading degree and spraying EBR,which was conducive to improving the light energy capture and utilization in leaves.
