摘要
转炉作为传统炼钢长流程中较为复杂的一环,其智能控制模型多数由国外开发,由于水土不服往往最终回归人工控制。自主开发符合我国钢铁产业情况的炼钢模型,符合我国智能钢铁产业发展的趋势与需求。介绍了近些年转炉模型开发的国内外发展情况,梳理了BP经验统计模型建模思路、模型特点以及在国内外的应用情况,理清了机理模型的建模过程,分析了机理模型建模过程中热力学、动力学以及传热模型的主要难点和简化方法。介绍了两款转炉模型商业软件SimuSage、CONSIM的建模方式、简化思路以及计算结果,展望了我国转炉炼钢模型发展的方向与前景。转炉的模型发展还需要在热力学机理研究、多相流动机理研究以及实施监测开发上做更多的工作,自主研发转炉智能模型。
As a complex part of the traditional steelmaking process,most of the intelligent control models of converter are developed by foreign countries,and often return to artificial control because the model is not suitable for plant.Independent development of steel making models in line with the situation of iron and steel industry,the development trend and the demand of intelligent iron and steel industry.The development and its applications of converter model at home and abroad in recent years are introduced,including the modeling ideas,characteristics of BP empirical statistical model.The modeling ideas,characteristics of BP empirical statistical model and its application are reviewed,the modeling process of mechanism models are clarified,and the main difficulties and simplification methods of thermodynamics,dynamics and heat transfer model in the modeling process of mechanism model are analyzed.The modeling,simplified mode and calculation results of the SimuSage and CONSIM which are two existing commercial software models of converter are introduced.The developing trend and prospect of Chinese converter steelmaking model are foreclosed.The model development of converter should be pay more attention in the study of thermodynamic mechanism,multiphase flow mechanism,implementation monitoring and development,and the intelligent model of converter should be developt independently.
