摘要
通过分析BIM技术在施工过程模拟与优化、材料与资源配置优化,以及工程质量控制与风险管理中的关键作用。研究基于BIM的施工管理策略,探讨BIM技术与地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网(IoT)技术以及虚拟现实(VR)技术的融合应用,及其在施工管理中的创新价值,展示了这些先进技术如何提升施工管理的效率和安全性。
The key role of BIM technology in construction process simulation and optimization,material and resource allocation optimization,as well as engineering quality control and risk management is analyzed.This paper studies the construction management strategy based on BIM,discusses the integration application of BIM technology with geographic information system(GIS),Internet of Things(IoT)technology and virtual reality(VR)technology,and its innovative value in construction management,and demonstrates how these advanced technologies can improve the efficiency and safety of construction management.
