生物质锅炉过热器高温腐蚀性能分析

摘要 针对生物质锅炉过热器高温腐蚀性能进行分析,结合实际工程案例对过热器失效管道状态、垢样、破裂情况等展开研究,根据腐蚀规律和腐蚀后性能变化情况制定曲线。研究结果显示,低温状态下腐蚀反应速率较慢,随着温度的上升速率逐渐提高导致管道出现开裂、剥落等现象造成失效。为延长管壁使用寿命,提高性能,研究还提出缩短维护周期、温度控制、更换管材以及喷涂防腐涂料等措施。 The high-temperature corrosion performance of biomass boiler superheater was analyzed,and the state of superheater failure pipe,scale sample and rupture situation were studied in combination with actual engineering cases.The curve was developed according to the corrosion law and the change of performance after corrosion.The research results show that the corrosion reaction rate is slow at low temperature,and the corrosion reaction rate increases gradually with the increase of temperature,resulting in cracking,spalling and other phenomena of pipeline failure.In order to prolong the service life of the pipe wall and improve the performance,the research also proposed to shorten the maintenance cycle,temperature control,tube replacement and spraying anticorrosive paint.
