摘要
针对传统的模具设计和检测方法存在设计周期长、成本高、效率低等问题。因此,探索一种新的基于物联网的机械模具设计自动化检测技术显得尤为重要。首先,介绍了物联网的基本概念和关键技术,包括物联网感知技术、通信技术和数据处理技术。然后,结合机械模具设计和检测的特点,提出了基于物联网的机械模具设计自动化检测系统的框架。该系统包括传感器网络、数据传输和处理子系统以及用户界面子系统。然后,通过实验验证了系统的可行性和有效性。结果表明,基于物联网的机械模具设计自动化检测系统能够提高模具设计和检测的效率和准确性,对于推动机械模具设计自动化检测技术的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。
in view of the traditional mold design and detection methods exist problems such as long design cycle,high cost,low efficiency.Therefore,it is very important to explore a new technology based on Internet of things for automatic inspection of mechanical die design.Firstly,the basic concept and key technologies of iot are introduced,including iot awareness technology,communication technology and data processing technology.Then,according to the characteristics of mechanical mould design and inspection,a framework of automatic inspection system for mechanical mould design based on Internet of things is proposed.The system includes sensor network,data transmission and processing subsystem and user interface subsystem.Then,the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified by experiments.The results show that the automatic inspection system based on Internet of things can improve the efficiency and accuracy of mould design and inspection,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of automatic testing technology for mechanical die design.
