蓄水池内部钢筋混凝土防腐蚀技术研究

摘要 某蓄水池自2008年竣工以来,在当地农业灌溉和生活用水中发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,由于所处的山区环境特性,如高湿度和频繁的降雨,蓄水池的钢筋混凝土结构面临严重的腐蚀风险。本文通过对蓄水池钢筋混凝土的腐蚀现况进行细致的分析,发现化学腐蚀和微生物腐蚀是主要的破坏因素。为此,本研究采取了多项防腐蚀技术措施,包括选用高防腐蚀性能的材料进行修复和保护,实施高压水射流技术清洁、环氧树脂修补及涂层施涂,并使用硅烷防水剂及混凝土抗渗添加剂等。实践表明,这些综合防腐蚀措施显著提高了蓄水池的安全性和耐久性。 Since its completion in 2008,a certain reservoir has played an irreplaceable role in local agricultural irrigation and domestic water use.However,due to the characteristics of the mountainous environment,such as high humidity and frequent rainfall,the reinforced concrete structure of the reservoir faces serious corrosion risks.This article conducts a detailed analysis of the corrosion status of reinforced concrete in water reservoirs,and finds that chemical corrosion and microbial corrosion are the main destructive factors.Therefore,this study adopted multiple anti-corrosion measures,including selecting materials with high anti-corrosion performance for repair and protection,implementing highpressure water jet technology for cleaning,epoxy resin repair and coating application,and using silane waterproofing agents and concrete impermeability additives.Practice has shown that these comprehensive anti-corrosion measures significantly improve the safety and durability of water reservoirs.
