实践体系是学科体系构建的深厚根基,学科体系是实践体系的系统总结和理论提升。纪检监察实践体系作为纪检监察学知识体系的孵化器、验证场和应用域,是构建纪检监察学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系及推动其持续发展的重要基石与强劲支撑。中国特色纪检监察实践体系在党的百余年奋斗历程中孕育发展,在新时代党的自我革命、全面从严治党的伟大实践中成熟定型,是由价值目标、组织职能、专责监督、权力运行、监督控制等多个子系统构成的有机整体和完整系统。这些子系统既相互关联又各司其职,分别承担着战略规划、支撑架构、治理优化、执行落实、保障有力等关键功能定位,通过政治引领、制度支撑、规范执行的三位一体运作机理,实现了有序高效的循环运行,彰显出独特的中国特色。

The practice system is the profound foundation for the construction of a disciplinary system,while the disciplinary system is the systematic summary and theoretical enhancement of the practice system.The supervisory and anti-corruption practice system,as the incubator,verification field,and application domain of the supervisory and anti-corruption knowledge system,is an important cornerstone and strong support for building and promoting the continuous development of the disciplinary,academic,and discourse systems of supervisory and anti-corruption studies.The Chinese characteristic supervisory and anti-corruption practice system has been nurtured and developed over the Party’s century-long struggle,matured and finalized in the great practice of the Party’s self-revolution and comprehensive and strict governance in the new era.It is an organic whole and a complete system composed of multiple subsystems such as value objectives,organizational functions,dedicated supervision,power operation,and supervision control.These subsystems are interrelated and perform their respective duties,undertaking key functional orientations such as strategic planning,supporting structure,governance optimization,execution implementation,and powerful assurance.Through the trinity operating mechanism of political guidance,institutional support,and normative execution,they achieve an orderly and efficient circular operation,highlighting the unique Chinese characteristics.
