深入贯彻二十届三中全会精神,推进出版业高质量发展,是建设文化强国和推进中国式现代化的重要任务。根据三中全会精神并结合出版业发展实际,本文提出应增强文化自信,自觉承担文化使命;培养优秀出版人才,激发出版创新创造活力;贯彻新发展理念,深化出版供给侧结构性改革;发展新质生产力,推动出版深度融合发展。

It is an important task to carry out the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee and to promote the high-quality development of the publishing industry.Based on the spirit of the third plenary session of the CPC Central Committee and the actual development of the publishing industry,this paper proposes to strengthen cultural self-confidence and consciously undertake cultural mission,train excellent publishing talents,stimulate the innovation and creativity of the publishing industry,and carry out the new development concept,we will deepen the supply-side structural reform of publishing,develop new qualitative productive forces,and promote in-depth integrated development of publishing.
