考虑阶梯式碳交易机制与氢能的园区综合能源系统多目标优化运行

Multi-objective Optimization of Comprehensive Energy Systems in Hydrogen Energy Parks Considering a Staircase Carbon Trading Mechanism

摘要 综合能源系统(Integrated Energy System,IES)由于具有能源利用效率高、绿色能源接入灵活、系统环保效益高等优势而被广泛应用于能源用户终端。随着我国“双碳”战略的不断推进,碳交易价格对能源用户用能成本的影响逐渐增加,碳交易机制对IES用户成本的影响研究成为近年来的研究热点。本文以碳交易机制影响下的IES为研究对象,将碳交易市场引入由多种绿色能源构成的IES系统模型中,分析了阶梯式碳交易机制对IES系统经济成本的影响;在此基础上,以经济性和环保性为目标,构建了含阶梯式碳交易机制和氢能的园区IES多目标优化模型,并采用CPLEX商业求解器对该优化模型进行求解,通过实际算例对本文提出的多目标优化模型的经济性、环保性进行了验证分析。 Integrated Energy System(IES)has been widely applied in energy user terminals due to their advantages such as high energy utilization efficiency,flexible access to green energy,and high environmental benefits.With the continuous advancement of Chinas“dual carbon”strategy,the impact of carbon trading prices on the energy consumption costs of energy users has gradually increased.Consequently,research on the influence of carbon trading mechanisms on the costs of IES users has become a recent research focus.This paper focuses on IES under the influence of carbon trading mechanisms,integrating the carbon trading market into an IES system model consisting of multiple green energy sources.It analyzes the impact of staggered carbon trading mechanisms on the economic costs of IES systems.Building upon this analysis,a multi-objective optimization model for park IES incorporating staggered carbon trading mechanisms and hydrogen energy is constructed with economic and environmental objectives in mind.The CPLEX commercial solver is employed to solve this optimization model,and practical examples are used to validate and analyze the economic and environmental performance of the proposed multi-objective optimization model.
