核电钢结构智能化建造和数字化交付研究

摘要 近年来,我国核电建造迅猛发展,不仅国内遍地开花,同时已经搭船出海,进入国际市场。文章主要基于核电站中的钢结构建造方面分析从设计—深化—制作—运输—安装—验收—审计结算—后期维护等全过程中如何推动智能化建造和数字化成果交付。钢结构的预制生产主要是借助Tekla软件及相关辅助设备提高深化设计能力,建立核电堆型的智能化节点库,三维扫描设备,模型数据与焊接机器人相结合,提高车间的自动化焊接程度,最终实现核电产品数字化交付的目的。 In recent years,Chinese nuclear power construction has developed rapidly,not only everywhere in the country,but also has taken a ship to sea and entered the international market.Based on the steel structure construction in nuclear power plant,this paper mainly analyzes how to promote intelligent construction and digital results delivery in the whole process of design-deepeningproduction-transportation-installation-acceptance-audit and settlement-late maintenance.The prefabrication of steel structure mainly relies on Tekla software and related auxiliary equipment to improve the deepening design ability,and it establishes the intelligent node library of nuclear power type,three-dimensional scanning equipment,model data and welding robots to combine,improves the automatic welding degree of the workshop,and finally achieves the purpose of digital delivery of nuclear power products.
