Research on Safety Management of Equipment Installationfor New and Renovating Urban Rail Transit Lines

监理单位在轨道交通设备安装期间的安全管理工作中,不仅包括新建线路,还需将既有线路的施工改造纳入管理范畴。针对新建线路与既有线路施工改造的差异性,监理单位应设立监理管理机构,根据项目建设特点分析在设备安装期间其特有的安全管理需求与风险点,制定相对应的安全管理要点。在此基础上,进一步构建了一套全面、系统的安全管理体系,以确保轨道交通设备安装及改造工作的顺利进行,同时最大限度地保障施工安全与运营安全。

During the safety management of rail transit equipment installation,the supervision unit not only oversees the construction of new lines but also manages the renovation of lines.Given the distinct characteristics of new and renovating lines,the supervision unit should establish a dedicated management system to analyze unique safety management needs and risk factors specific to equipment installation based on project construction features and formulate corresponding safety management guidelines.On this basis,a comprehensive and systematic safety management system is further constructed to ensure the smooth progress of rail transit equipment installation and renovation work,while maximizing construction and operational safety.
