摘要
针对宽厚板轧钢厂箱型梁桥式吊车在吊运钢坯及钢板过程中出现裂纹的问题,通过对吊车箱体受力情况和运行环境的分析,详细阐述了主梁和端梁裂纹产生的原因。根据箱体开裂状况,对箱体进行针对性修复,不仅成功消除了设备运行的安全隐患,还大大提高了生产效率,延长了设备寿命周期,降低了备件损耗,为类似设备的修复工作提供了重要参考和指导,具有一定的实践意义和推广价值。
In order to resolve the cracking problem of box-girder bridge crane in the process of slab and plate lifting in wide and heavy steel plate rolling plant,the cracking causes of the main beam and end beam are described in details by analyzing the stress condition and operating environment of the crane box body.According to the cracking condition of the box body,the box body is repaired,which not only successfully eliminates the potential safety hazard of the equipment operation,but also greatly improves the productivity,increases the service life of equipment,reduces the spare parts consumption.The research provides important reference and guidance for the repair work of the similar equipment,which is of practical significance and promotion value.
