摘要
本研究以习近平生态文明思想为指导思想,以建立人与自然和谐共生的现代化为目标,构建由5个维度40个单项指标构成的美丽福建综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法客观赋值权重,权重从大到小依次为生态优良>城乡宜居>社会文明>绿色发展>人文和谐,表明生态优良是建设美丽福建的基石,必须保持加强生态文明建设的战略定力。同时选取福建第六批生态示范县市中厦门和南平作为研究区域,对厦门和南平2019—2021年美丽福建综合发展水平进行评价,结果显示:一是内陆山区城市和沿海平原城市之间存在较大的空间差异性,南平生态优良维度优势显著,厦门除生态优良维度外,其他维度综合评价结果均高于南平;二是同年份综合评价结果表明厦门美丽福建水平均高于南平;三是从3年评价结果分析,厦门和南平的美丽福建建设水平均在逐年上升,美丽福建建设方面成绩显著。
Under the guiding of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,and the goal of realizing the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,this study introduced a comprehensive evaluation index system of beautiful Fujian which is constructed with 40 individual indicators in 5 dimensions,using the entropy power method to objectively assign weights,which are,in order of size,ecological excellence,urban and rural livability,social civilization,green development,humanistic harmony.The system shows that ecological excellence is the cornerstone of building beautiful Fujian,and it is necessary to maintain the strategic determination to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.The sixth batch of ecological demonstration counties and prefecture-level cities in Fujian were selected to evaluate the comprehensive development level of beautiful Fujian from 2019 to 2021 in Xiamen and Nanping.The results are as follows:Firstly,there is a large spatial difference between inland mountain cities and coastal plain cities.Nanping has a significant advantage in ecological excellence,but Xiamen is better than Nanping in all dimensions except ecological excellence.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation results of the same year show that the level of beautiful Fujian in Xiamen is higher than Nanping.Thirdly,according to the analysis of the three-year evaluation results,both Xiamen and Nanping have been progressing year by year in the level of the construction of beautiful Fujian,and their achievements in the construction of beautiful Fujian are remarkable.
