光伏发电系统不同类型柔性支架发电特性研究

摘要 基于东北某光伏场站不同类型柔性支架2022年全年运行实测数据,通过开展累计单位兆瓦发电量分析、电流离散率分析、组件倾角一致性分析以及瞬时功率曲线分析,横向对比不同类型柔性支架在户外实际工况下的运行特性,分析真实服役环境下不同技术的产品性能,纵向验证同一产品在不同天气、不同应用场景及不同太阳高度角下的运行特性,深度揭示不同设备间的发电能力、性能衰减、耐候性及运行可靠性。研究结果表明:柔性支架具有明显的几何非线性特点,支架跨度越大,预应力拉索挠度越大,组串发生形变越大,导致组件接收辐照一致性越差,发电量损失明显,且太阳高度角越低,损失越严重。为柔性支架迭代升级提供数据支撑与优化建议,对于优化柔性支架开发,提高系统稳定性,提升系统经济性有重要意义。 Based on the annual operation measured data of different types of flexible supports in a PV station in Northeast China in 2022,the operation characteristics of different types of flexible supports under actual outdoor conditions were compared transvertically through the analysis of cumulative unit megawatt power generation,current dispersion,component inclination consistency and instantaneous power curve analysis,and the product performance of different technologies under real service environment was analyzed.Vertically verify the operating characteristics of the same product in different weather,different application scenarios and different solar altitude angles,and reveal the power generation capacity,performance attenuation,weather resistance and operational reliability between different devices.The research results show that the flexible support has obvious geometric nonlinear characteristics.The larger the span of the support,the larger the deflection of the prestressed cable,and the larger the deformation of the string,the worse the consistency of the radiation received by the component,and the more serious the loss of power generation.It provides data support and optimization suggestions for the iterative upgrade of flexible support,which is of great significance for optimizing the development of flexible support,improving system stability and improving system economy.
