基于OBE理念与胜任力模型的程序设计创新教学

摘要 针对程序设计教学中存在教学概念落后、方法僵化、手段单一、内容固化、目标偏颇等问题,以胜任力培养为目标构建程序设计教学生态建设教学环境和教学团队,开展以学生为中心的教学。在教学过程中,以教学成效OBE为导向形成学生为主体、教师为主导的教学模式,通过胜任力培养提升学生的计算思维、新工科创新能力和意识。实践表明,坚持开展基于OBE理念和胜任力模型的程序设计创新教学已取得一定成效。 In view of the disadvantages such as backward teaching idea,rigid method,single means,solidified content and biased teaching goal and so on,the teaching ecology of programming is constructed for the competency,constructing the teaching environment and teaching team to carry out student-centered teaching.The teaching process is guided by the outcoming-based education(OBE)to form a student-centered and teacher-led teaching model.Competency training cultivates the computational thinking,new engineering innovation ability and consciousness of all the students.Practice showed that adhering to the OBE concept and competency model towards innovative teaching of programming has achieved some results.
