摘要
针对产教融合研究生培养中培养体系不完善、培养过程不系统以及培养目标不明确等问题,以武汉理工大学海南专项研究生培养为例,通过分析和总结武汉理工大学海南专项研究生培养的实践经验和取得的成果,探讨如何在产教融合模式下进行全过程、全方位的人工智能专业硕士培养。在产教融合课程设置中,根据市场需求和专业发展趋势精心设计不同领域的特色课程,确保学生掌握人工智能核心知识以及在不同领域下的人工智能应用方法。此外,通过开展科研合作和项目实践,不仅使学生获得实践经验,而且院校可与企业建立良好的合作关系。这一研究为其他高校在人工智能专业硕士培养中的实践提供了启示与借鉴,推动了产业与教育领域的有机结合,以期实现高等院校自我发展、地方经济产业发展以及专业领域人才培养的目标。
In response to the issues of incomplete training system,lack of systematic training process,and unclear training objectives in the integration of industry and education for graduate students,this study takes the specialized graduate training program at Wuhan University of Technology′s Hainan branch as an example.By summarizing and analyzing the practical experience and achievements of the specialized graduate training program,it explores how to conduct comprehensive and all-around training for master′s degrees in the field of artificial intelligence in the context of industry-education integration.In the curriculum design of industry-education integration,distinctive courses in different fields are carefully designed based on market demand and the trends in professional development,ensuring that students acquire core knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in various domains.Furthermore,through research collaborations and project practices,students gain practical experience,while the university establishes good partnerships with enterprises.This research provides reference and inspiration for other universities in the practical training of master′s degrees in the field of artificial intelligence,promoting the organic integration of industry and education and working towards the goals of self-development for higher education institutions,local economic and industrial development,as well as talent cultivation in the professional field.
