基于生成式AI的6G数字孪生网络资源管控

摘要 构建6G网络的数字孪生体有助于实现零接触、自主化的无线网络管理,将具有内容创造能力的生成式人工智能技术引入数字孪生网络资源管控,可以高效应对6G应用场景的多样性和6G用户需求的个性化。首先,分析了生成式人工智能在无线网络中的发展现状以及6G数字孪生网络面临的关键挑战,给出了跨域联邦6G数字孪生网络的部署方案。其次,提出了基于生成式人工智能的数字孪生网络资源管理架构,并从孪生网络结构可视化、无线资源管理和孪生业务实现三个方面给出了智能应用案例。最后,展望了未来研究方向。 Establishing a digital twin for the 6G network can help achieve zero-touch,autonomous wireless network management.Introducing generative artificial intelligence technology,which has the capability of content creation,into the digital twin network resource management can effectively deal with the diversity of application scenarios and the personalized demands of users in 6G.Firstly,the developing status of generative artificial intelligence in wireless networks and the key challenges faced by the 6G digital twin network are analyzed,and a deployment solution for the cross-domain federated 6G digital twin network is given.Secondly,a digital twin network resource management architecture based on generative artificial intelligence is proposed,and intelligent application cases are given from three aspects:twin network structure visualization,wireless resource management,and twin service realization.Finally,future research directions are prospected.
