工矿机车牵引双供电系统及其下垂控制策略

摘要 为了应对工矿机车距离和载重日益增长的发展趋势,同时满足工矿机车牵引对突变负荷的运行稳定性提升的要求,提出一种双供电系统及其下垂控制方法的工矿机车牵引供电方案。针对工矿牵引具有负荷突变、往返载荷差异大等工矿行业的特殊性,对比分析了站间精确均流和非精确均流策略对工矿机车牵引的适用性,根据分析结果提出了工矿机车双供电系统方式及其站间协同下垂控制策略,在此基础上引入电流前馈控制策略。搭建了仿真模型和包含牵引变电站的工矿机车低压试验牵引物理动模平台,试验结果表明所该策略在负荷突变工况下的机车电压稳定性显著优于与常规下垂控制方法。该研究为工矿机车牵引向大容量、远距离、高可靠性未来发展提供了有力的技术支撑。 In order to adapt to the increasing development trend of locomotive distance and load under operating conditions,and improve the operational stability of locomotive traction under sudden loads,a dual power supply system and its droop control method for locomotive traction power supply under operating conditions were proposed.In response to the special characteristics of industrial and mining traction,such as sudden load changes and large differences in round-trip loads,a comparative analysis was conducted on the applicability of precise and imprecise current sharing strategies between stations for industrial and mining locomotive traction.Based on the analysis results,a dual power supply system for industrial and mining locomotives and a coordinated droop control strategy between stations were proposed.On this basis,a current feed-forward control strategy was introduced,and a simulation model and a low-voltage test traction physical model platform for industrial and mining locomotives including traction substations were built.The test results showed that the voltage stability of the locomotive under sudden load changes was significantly better than that of conventional droop control methods.This study provides strong solutions and technical support for the development of locomotive traction towards high capacity,long-distance,and high reliability.
