光热驱动型共价再键合自修复涂层的研究进展

摘要 综述了光热驱动型共价再键合自修复涂层的研究现状、性能缺陷及未来发展方向。首先,从成键机理的角度,探讨了不同共价键修复的设计思路和应用特点,详细解释了环加成反应、二硫/二硒/二碲键交换反应和Michael加成反应的原理,并列举了相关研究案例。通过文献调研发现,该类涂层在修复较大分子、适用范围、耐久性、自修复效果及成本等方面存在不足。基于此,提出了未来发展方向应包括多功能性、智能性、生物可降解和大规模应用等方面。总体而言,热驱动型共价再键合自修复为涂层领域开辟了新的发展路径,展现了广阔的应用前景,将显著提升涂层的功能性和可靠性。 This paper reviewed the research status,performance deficiencies and future development directions of photothermal-driven covalent re-bonding self-healing coatings.Firstly,from the perspective of bonding mechanisms,the design ideas and application characteristics of different covalent bond repair strategies were discussed,the principles behind cycloaddition reactions,disulfide/diselenide/ditelluride bond exchange reactions,and Michael addition reactions were explained in detail,and related research cases were listed.Literature research revealed that this type of coating is deficient in repairing larger molecules,application scope,durability,self-healing efficacy and cost.Based on this,it was proposed that future development directions should include multifunctionality,intelligence,biodegradability and large-scale applications.Overall,photothermal-driven covalent re-bonding self-healing coating would open up new developmental pathways for the coating field show broad application prospects and significantly enhancing the functionality and reliability of coatings.
