摘要
作为极具发展前景的环境友好型材料,以CO_(2)和环氧丙烷(PO)为原料共聚制得的聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)已步入工业化生产,但其尚不理想的热稳定性和力学性能,很大程度上限制了该类材料的应用。另外,随着功能材料在生物学、化学、医学等领域的应用越来越广泛,人们对聚碳酸酯材料的功能性也提出了要求,对其进行功能化研究也是科学界的一个热点方向。本论文综述了具有荧光、耐紫外线老化功能、阻燃和生物特性等性能的单体作为第三单体,与CO_(2)、PO三元共聚合成功能性聚碳酸酯的研究进展,分析了不同功能性的单体对PPC物化性能及其功能特性的影响,为丰富聚碳酸酯结构和应用领域提供重要参考。
Polypropylene carbonate(PPC),which is formed via copolymerization of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and propylene oxide(PO),is a promising environment-friendly material and is now industrially produced.However,the unsatisfactory thermal stability and mechanical properties of PPC have limited its applications.In addition,with the increased application of functional materials in biology,chemistry,medicine and other fields,the demand for the functionalization of polycarbonate materials has increased,which is a hot topic in the scientific community.This work reviews the research progress of monomers with fluorescence characteristics,UV aging resistance,flame retardant properties and biological properties et al.as third monomers and CO_(2) and PO ternary copolymerization into functional polycarbonate,and analyzes the effects of different functional monomers on the physical and chemical properties and functional properties of PPC,so as to provide a reference for enriching the structure and application fields of polycarbonate.
