摘要
产品的设计工艺性直接决定了产品的加工质量、生产效率和运营成本,是企业市场竞争取胜的关键。面向工艺模型的产品设计工艺性审查方法是将企业工艺知识与产品结构设计充分融合,通过产品指标、工艺方法、制造资源、加工参数等生产大数据模型为基础,提出合理化建议,从而提高产品设计的准确性,保持产品功能指标与工艺制造特征的统一。
The process model oriented product design process review method refers to the full integration of enterprise process knowledge and product structure design.Based on production big data models such as product indicators,process methods,manufacturing resources,and processing parameters,reasonable suggestions are proposed to improve the accuracy of high-yield product design and maintain the unity of product functional indicators and process manufacturing features.
