摘要
大尺寸火箭筒段由于其为薄壁件结构、刚度低和易变形等特点,在装配过程中铆接顺序会导致壳体的变形,进而对其产品性能造成影响。本文旨在通过仿真软件对产品的前端框铆接顺序进行模拟分析,分析了大尺寸火箭筒段装配过程中顺次铆接和跳跃铆接两种情况,得到跳跃铆接不仅降低了铆接过程中壳体变形的不均匀性,而且能更好的控制壳体圆度误差累积。
Aiming at simulating and analyzing the riveting sequence of the front end frame of the product through simulation software,the two cases of sequential riveting and skip riveting were analyzed.It was obtained that the skip riveting not only could reduced the uneven deformation of the shell in the riveting process,but also could better control the roundness error accumulation of the shell.
