基于CiteSpace的老年口腔衰弱研究现状及热点的可视化分析

Visual analysis of the current situation and hotspots of oral frailty in the elderly based on CiteSpace

目的探索老年口腔衰弱的研究现状、研究热点及趋势,为国内开展相关研究提供依据。方法以Web of Science数据库为数据来源,检索2013年1月1日-2024年2月29日有关老年口腔衰弱的相关研究,使用CiteSpace 6.3.R1文献计量分析软件对作者、国家、发文机构、关键词情况进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献161篇,日本是发文量最多的国家,占全球发文量的70%。HIRANO、WATANABE和SHIROBE是高频发文作者,日本、中国、瑞士、荷兰、美国是发文量最高的国家。关键词共现结果显示,关注热点是口腔衰弱、口腔健康、老年人、相关性、口腔功能、口腔功能减退、舌压、咀嚼功能、牙齿缺失。关键词聚类共形成12个聚类群,其热点关键词为舌压、老年人、老年牙科学、口腔功能、阿尔茨海默病及口腔功能减退等。关键词突现分析显示,突现词持续3年以上的有病死率、体质量减轻、老年人、老年患者及吸入性肺炎,近5年的突现词为牙齿数量、营养不良、力量、口咽功能障碍、生活质量、营养学、咀嚼功能。结论老年口腔衰弱相关领域研究发文量整体呈上升趋势,但总量仍较低,该领域研究尚处于起步阶段。关于口腔衰弱、口腔健康、老年人、相关性、口腔功能等方面的研究一直备受关注,未来有望持续深入。研究前沿正在向营养状况、生活质量、健康行为等方向转移,以上研究有望成为新的热点。

Objective To explore the current research status,hotspots and trends of oral frailty in the elderly and provide a basis for conducting related research in China.Methods The data source was Web of Science Core Collection database.The related research on oral frailty in the elderly from January 1,2013 to February 29,2024 was retrieved.The bibliometric analysis software CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was used to conduct a visual analysis of the situations of authors,coun‐tries,publishing institutions and keywords.Results A total of 161 documents were included in the study.Japan emerged as the country with the largest number of publications,contributing to 70%of the global output.Notable authors with high publication frequency included HIRANO,WATANABE,and SHIROBE.The top countries in terms of publica‐tion volume were Japan,China,Switzerland,Netherlands,and the United States.Key areas of research interest revolved around oral frailty,oral health,older adults,association,health,oral function,oral hypofunction,tongue pressure,mastica‐tory performance,and tooth loss.Keyword clustering resulted in the formation of 12 distinct clusters,with prominent key‐words such as tongue pressure,older adults,geriatric dentistry,oral function,,Alzheimer's disease,oral hypofunction,etc.Analysis of emergent keywords revealed long-standing terms such as mortality,weight loss,older people and aspira‐tion pneumonia persisting for over 3 years,while recent emergent keywords in the past 5 years included the number of teeth, malnutrition, strength, oropharyngeal dysphagia, quality of life, nutrition, and masticayory function. Conclu⁃ sions Overall in terms of development trends, the number of research publications in the field related to oral frailty in the elderly has generally been on the rise, but the total amount is still relatively low, and the research in this field is still in its infancy. Studies on aspects such as oral frailty, oral health, the elderly, association, and oral functions have always re‐ceived much attention and are expected to be further explored in the future. The research frontiers are shifting towards as‐pects such as nutritional status, quality of life, and health behaviors, and the above studies are expected to become new hotspots.
